The leaders of Real Madrid are considering the possibility of playing the remainder of the Santander League championship at Alfredo di Stéfano, a stadium located in the Ciudad Deportiva de Valdebebas and which serves as the setting for Castilla’s matches.

The return of football to end the season would only be possible without an audience in the stands, which has led Real Madrid to think about the possibility of playing at Di Stéfano and thus speed up the works of the reform of the Santiago Bernabéu, as reported by Okdiario.

The works, after undergoing a ten-day hiatus, are continuing well and last week the roof of the two funds of the stadium was removed. If finally LaLiga gives the yes to the change of scenery (the measures of the playing field are exactly the same) the Bernabéu reforms would not suffer any parenthesis until the month of September, since in each game, the works must stop and enable the spaces necessary for fans.
